It all depends on the given situation as described above they weren't camping as they were clearly leaving the area. However if they were out of the car on the road for any number of reasons and it happened we may see it as camping or look at it a different way.

Like i said it all boils down to the situation and what was going on at the time. Its hard for admin to keep "consistency" as you put it as each situation are different we look at your description of the events check the logs then make a decision based on the facts we have at the time.

Unless its a clear violation of the server rules. Admins decisions are based on who dealt with the complaint and their interpretation of the events with the evidence available

In your case it is clear, they were leaving the trading area and you were just in the wrong place at the wrong time. It sucks but hey thats dayz sometimes it works in your favour other times it goes against you.
