In the process a vehicle nearby blows up from the blast radius of the charge. Obviously this is destroying a locked vehicle, but the flip side of this is-if in this case that is a bannable offense then what would stop players from just parking locked vehicles near their doors? Thoughts? illegal or not?

If no one is there it'd be tough. We do get the exact location of said vehicle in the logs so we can go see if it was close to a door. If it was then we would be much more lenient against blowing it up.

So my takeaway from this is that if the vehicles are parked near the target door (within the radius) then it's ok if they blow up. Correct?
